چکیده

In electronic governance (e-governance) system, citizens can access government services such as transportation, licensing and immigration remotely over the Internet. With development of information communication technology, usage e-governance system has been increased. To efficiently provide with various services, multi-server environments be applied to system. However, messages inserted, deleted, modified by a malicious adversary since these are transmitted through public channel. Therefore, many researchers have suggested mutual authentication protocols for secure in environments. 2020, Sudhakar et al. proposed smart card based lightweight protocol We analyze al.’s propose on we disclosure that their is not resistant stolen, insider, man-in-the-middle, user impersonation, session key attacks. Moreover, does authentication. improve security problems, suggest three-factor prove our protocol’s using informal analysis, Burrows-Abadi-Needham (BAN) logic, Real-or-Random (ROR) model. also simulate utilizing Automated Validation Internet Security Protocols Applications (AVISPA) tool.We estimate functionalities, computation costs, overheads compared existing related protocols. Consequently, demonstrate suitable

A Secure Mobile-Based Authentication System for e-Banking

Financial information is extremely sensitive. Hence, electronic banking must provide a robust system to authenticate its customers and let them access their data remotely. On the other hand, such system must be usable, affordable, and portable. We propose a challengeresponse based one-time password (OTP) scheme that uses symmetric cryptography in combination with a hardware security module. The...

Secure Bio-Cryptographic Authentication System for Cardless Automated Teller Machines

Security is a vital issue in the usage of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) for cash, cashless and many off the counter banking transactions. Weaknesses in the use of ATM machine could not only lead to loss of customer’s data confidentiality and integrity but also breach in the verification of user’s authentication. Several challenges are associated with the use of ATM smart card such as: card clo...

A TESLA-based mutual authentication protocol for GSM networks

The widespread use of wireless cellular networks has made security an ever increasing concern. GSM is the most popular wireless cellular standard, but security is an issue. The most critical weakness in the GSM protocol is the use of one-way entity authentication, i.e., only the mobile station is authenticated by the network. This creates many security problems including vulnerability against m...
